Benefits to be requested/changed with professional software from 2012

The Tax office has recently begun with the implementation the new benefits system. Applications for requests and changes to benefits are no longer able to be made offline. The PIN code system will also expire. Instead tax service providers can make these requests/changes via their software and the BAPI channel. The Tax Office is ready to receive these BAPI messages from December 2011.
In September 2011 the software providers received the specifications for the adjustment of the software for tax service providers.
For applications for the 2012 tax year the Tax Office made no pin codes available for the tax programmes. These applications can only be submitted via the DigiD variant and professional software. Contact your software provider when the changes to the software are ready.
